Love You More

As a Human Development major, I am forced to take a bunch of marriage and family classes to kick off the major. Awesome-I know. Actually, all my classes are extremely interesting and rewarding. Just recently, I was required to write a family genogram paper. Basically, it consisted of 3 generations of my family, excluding me and my siblings, and the strengths and weaknesses we posses as a collective group. Because of this, I started reading my grandparents autobiographies again. I happened to come upon this little section in Grandpa Swenson's book that made me tear up with the memories that flooded my mind:

"My youngest granddaughter, Shalese Mary Peterson, and I have a special relationship that includes mutual teasing, watching and re-watching Snow White and Barney, and reading story books as well as some games that include just the two of us."

Miss you everyday Grandpa. Love you more!
